Our Products

Is Nataura cruelty-free?

We love our animals. We’ve establish collaborative relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that no animal is harmed during the development process. Our products are certified cruelty-free and do not contain animal-based ingredients.

Are your products certified by PETA?

Yes! Our products are proudly certified by PETA as cruelty-free and we display the Beauty Without Bunnies logo on our website. For more information about the Beauty Without Bunnies program, please visit the PETA website here.

Are your products organic?

Our products are made of natural ingredients, some of our natural ingredients are organic. However, we are not completely organic. Our products are non-GMO, non-comedogenic, and are formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, SLS/SLES, formaldehyde, artificial fragrances, and alcohols.

Where can I buy your products?

Orders & Shipping

I made a mistake on my order, can I update or cancel it?

Please send us an email at hello@nataurabeauty.com with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it. We usually process orders as quickly as possible, so we may not catch the mistake in time, but we will do our best to assist you.

What is your shipping method?

All of our orders within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. However, please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable for customs fees and/ or any other local import taxes on receipt of your order. At Nataura Beauty we have no influence over standard international commerce transactions or any ability to prevent these charges from being assessed. With that in mind, we cannot accept responsibility for them.

Can I return my order?

We develop our products using the best ingredients and following strict quality standards to ensure that you receive a product that is safe, efficient, and will meet and exceed your skin care needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or if your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nataurabeauty.com (provide pictures of the damage) and we will do our best to assist you.
